IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is payable to the Property Manager/Owner. There is no extra charge during the months of April-September inclusive, and the energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. Between October and March there may be an additional charge, a maximum of €50 per week pro-rata, based on the extra units consumed over those consumed historically, which would be payable from the Security Deposit.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 cash must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager on arrival.
Caragh is home to this vacation home. Kerry Bog Village Museum and Kerry Bog Village Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Dooks Golf Links and Burke's Beach Riding. Killorglin Sports & Leisure Centre and Kells Bay House & Gardens are also worth visiting.
