This charming house was built in 1919 with old-growth redwood framing - 2" x 12" beams. There is small orchard and garden on a half acre, with a natural spring in a forest setting. Apple tree Pettingill variety, Plum tree variaties include dapple dandy, flavor queen, pluot, and santa rosa, Pineapple guava, Meyer lemon, avocado, and fig.
Berry bushes include blueberry, boysenberry, black currant, blackberry. Huckleberries in abundance along some trails in the Point Reyes national seashore next door. Blackberry bushes along the street.
