Welcome to the newly built, finished July 2019, Alpstrausse Lodge. When you enter this 3 bedroom 3 bath home you will immediately be in awe of the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The home is located in quiet country setting but is only minutes to downtown North Conway and all of the area's attractions.
The main level of the home features an open concept living space. A large living area with plenty of seating around the 50" tv, a beautifully appointed kitchen with maple cabinets, marble counter tops with seating for 6 as well as a dining area with seating for 6. The living room features comfortable seating for all to watch the big game or sit around and play your favorite games. The first of two bedrooms on this level features a Full-sized bed, bunk beds and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and also a walk-in closet. 2 full sized bathroom, one ensuite, round out the first floor. New wood fireplace added in 2021 and an amazing back yard with plenty of entertainment. Cross the bridge over the water-brook to gather around the outside fire pit. Play some horseshoes or our giant size Jenga set. You won’t want to leave this oasis.
The second floor of the contains the large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, walk in closet, tv and a full sized ensuite bathroom. Outside of the master bedroom there is a look out area for you to view the beautiful open concept area below.
As an added feature the garage has been transformed into a game room. Complete with a pool table, foosball and a tv!!!

Located in Intervale, this vacation home is in a rural area and near theme parks. Cranmore Mountain Resort and Attitash Mountain Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Conway Scenic Railway and Story Land. Traveling with kids? Consider Fryeburg Fair, or check out an event or a game at Saco Valley Sports Center. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling and ice skating.
