This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is a bit "modern-rustic" with a two-sided porch, and walking distance to the riverfront. Designed for 10 people (1 King and 4 Queen beds) but with sleeper sofa in living room, it is possible to sleep up to 12 people. It has a full kitchen, Keurig Duo coffee station, living/dining area, Roku TV, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of places to relax outside, including a gas grill and a firepit.
Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals of various sizes. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront and spacious lawn area across the road from the office area. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include a few kayaks and life vests. Don't forget to bring your tubes for lazy floating!
Casa Blanca is managed by STAYHILLCOUNTRY (visit for group and event info). We are committed to offering every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning and restocking fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.
Located in Ingram, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Guadalupe River and Kerrville-Schreiner Park, while Hill Country Arts Foundation and Kathleen Cook Art Studio are cultural highlights. Duncan-McAshan Visual Arts Center and Riverside Nature Center are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking and water tubing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with mountain biking and hiking.
