Located in Legian, you’re just a short walk from the bustling vibe of Seminyak and minutes away from the beach. The villa’s prime location offers easy access to a variety of entertainment options, shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes. It’s also conveniently about a 15-minute drive from Bali International Airport.

The villa features four bedrooms, each with its own robe and ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. Enjoy the Balinese weather with bi-fold doors leading to your own private pool. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, instant filtered hot/cold water cooler, and ample indoor and outdoor dining spaces.

**House Rules:**
Though the villa is situated in the lively Legian area, it’s located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10 PM. Upon booking confirmation, guests are required to provide full names for everyone staying at the villa. On arrival, a passport copy of each guest must be submitted to the villa manager for verification. Only guests who have provided their names and matching passport copies will be permitted to stay.

Kindly indicate in your inquiry whether you'll need airport transfers. The transfer fee is IDR 250K for a one-way trip in a car accommodating up to 4 people and luggage. For transfers between 9pm and 7am, a surcharge of IDR 75K applies. Please note that the fee is payable directly to the driver. Payments can be made in any currency to the equivalent of US Dollars or AUD Dollars or IDR rupiah.

Please be aware that in tropical destinations, bugs, ants, geckos and all type of insects that normally inhabit the garden areas and can crawl to the villas.

Smoking is strictly in the outdoor areas.
