5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present the majestic sanctuary that is Bali Villa 1044.

Tucked away in Bali’s serene Tabanan regency, this breathtaking estate is where tranquility finds its truest form. Spread across an expansive 11,000 square metres, Bali Villa 1044 is embraced on three sides by whispering coconut groves, and on the fourth, by the endless, shimmering Indian Ocean.

Here, you don’t just stay—you inhabit your own private paradise. With nine spacious bedrooms scattered across secluded garden pavilions, the villa feels more like a private boutique hotel than a single home. Privacy, peace, and elegance define every space.

Hosting up to 18 guests, this haven is ideal for family reunions, yoga or business retreats, and intimate celebrations. And though it’s perfect for gathering, it never feels crowded. Sweeping lawns, carefully curated tropical gardens, and swaying palms create a sense of space and serenity, where each moment feels like a breath of fresh air.

At the heart of the estate lies a 14-metre infinity-edge swimming pool, bordered by sun-kissed loungers and gazing out to the twinkling blue horizon beyond a rare, glimmering black sand beach—a sight that lingers in memory long after the sun sets.

The double-storey main pavilion is the villa’s social soul: cool, elegant, and inviting. Upstairs, guests can relax in air-conditioned comfort, while downstairs opens to breezy lounges perfect for sunset conversations. Meals, prepared by your private in-house chef, are served in the dramatic open-sided dining pavilion, where a vaulted wooden roof frames the beauty of the tropical landscape.

Each bedroom offers modern comforts with flat-screen TVs, and an air-conditioned multi-purpose room in the main pavilion adds flexibility for work or play.

Just a three-minute stroll away lies Kelating Beach, untouched, soulful, and perfect for walks at sunrise. Yet many guests never leave the grounds—such is the pull of this serene and sacred space.

Bali Villa 1044 is not merely a destination—it is a retreat for the soul, a place to relax, renew, and reconnect with what truly matters, far from the world, yet closer to yourself than ever before.

Located in Tabanan, this villa is on the beach. Seminyak Square and Eat Street are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Canggu Beach and Seminyak Beach.
