THE SPACE
This resort-like, boho-style dream home provides a luxurious desert escape. The house is all one level, making this spacious stay family friendly for all ages. With unique furniture and eye-catching wallpaper, murals, and decor, this home is the perfect place to take photos and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Backyard: This is a very unique backyard, and it is truly what makes this desert escape special. You have a large outdoor area, with full privacy and a custom desert-inspired mural offering beautiful views wherever you turn. Between two outdoor dining tables, the outdoor seating area, and six lounge chairs there is enough room for the entire party to be outside all day. This welcoming outdoor space also offers:
- String lights that set the mood and turn the backyard into a cozy entertainment space even when the sun goes down
- Spacious pool with built in spa and mini waterfalls
- Large, entirely covered patio allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in any type of weather

POOL & SPA SAFETY NOTICE:
Children in the pool area must be always supervised by a watchful adult.
No jumping or diving into the pool or running in the pool area.
Do not bring glass in or near the pool and spa. High quality plastic drink-ware is provided for outdoor use.
Guests are advised not to use the pool or spa when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness, should consult with a doctor before entering the spa.

Hot tub heating is complimentary and offered to guests between 5 PM and 10 PM. Please contact us if you would like it to be heated for additional hours, although please note that we cannot heat both the hot tub and pool at the same time.

Pool heating is $100/night. If you would like the pool heated, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-in date.

Pets are allowed at an additional charge of $100/stay for additional cleaning services. Guests who do not notify us about their pet will be subject to a $500 fee.

When using the pool and spa, you are responsible for your safety and the safety of your guests. Please use caution at all times. Any damage to the pool & spa filtration and/or heating systems will result in a $500 fee in addition to any repair costs.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire property, including the Casita. There is ample parking in the spacious driveway and along the curb.

OTHER INFORMATION
The desert sun naturally keeps the pool and spa a refreshing temperature, but pool heating is available at an additional cost of $100/night and spa heating is $75/night. Both can be heated at a discounted rate of $125/night. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to heat the pool and spa. If heated at all, it must be heated for the entire length of your stay.

At this property, destructive parties and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. We strongly encourage you to be mindful and respect neighbors privacy and enjoyment of their property. No EXCESSIVE noise, particularly between the hours of 10pm-10am. If your party incurs a noise complaint resulting in a fine, you will be liable to pay for the fine.

The Air Conditioning should never be set below 72 degrees to prevent freezing of the AC motor. If the air conditioner set below 72 degrees and it causes damage or a need for a service call and /or repair, the cost of the service call and repairs will be charged to you.

All Trash shall be disposed of in a trash bag and placed ONLY in the correct trash bin (brown). Recyclable items go ONLY in the recycle bin (gray), and please break down any boxes before placing in a recycle bin. Trash being placed in the recycling bin, or the overflow of ANY bin will result in a fee of $175.
