When looking to simply relax, retreat to the open family room that features a 65 inch 4K Smart TV and large sectional couch for the ultimate lounging experience. Cook your favorite meal in the gourmet style kitchen with granite counter tops, double islands and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped and is the ideal setting to create culinary amazingness. A second dining table is located in the kitchen that accommodates 6 guests, and the island has additional barstool seating for 2.

The beautiful master bedroom suite has a Cal King bed, brand new Tempur-Pedic mattress and luxurious topper for the ultimate night sleep, 65 inch 4K Smart TV, a sitting area with a sectional couch and french doors leading to its own private balcony. The master bath area has dual sinks and vanities, and an oversized walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The master bath also comes equipped with a hotel quality blow dryer and makeup mirror.

The gym features a 42 inch HDTV, professional gym flooring, a spin bike, elliptical, weight bench, weight set, stretching/yoga mat area, and gym towels.

It's the perfect space for morning yoga or to get a workout in. The gym also has its own private bathroom with sink and tiled shower.

Powder Room/Guest Bathroom off living room: (Downstairs)
Located on the first floor in the main house for guest use.

Office Nook: (Upstairs)
Features a 30 inch HDTV and desk for guests to use.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in: Anytime after 4PM local time
Check-out: 11AM
*If a guest checks out later then 11AM, they will be charged $250 per hour for each additional hour.
Early check in or late check out may requested for an additional charge of $200 each.
HOW DO I CHECK IN TO THE PROPERTY?
Our property concierge will meet you at the property and check you in to ensure you are set with everything you need.

You will also be provided with the electronic, keyless entry code for easy access during your stay.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
The vacation home is fully furnished with everything you need and more!

The kitchen amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and more. You'll find all of the cooking pots & pans needed, serving trays, dining sets, utensils, wine glasses, champagne flutes, corkscrew, measuring spoons, etc. We also offer a spice rack, olive oil, cooking spray, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. You'll find travel size shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. The laundry room is equipped with soap.

**Pool & Spa heating are NOT included in your stay. Heating the pool and spa is additional if you choose to add that on. See pricing below.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL/SPA HEATED?
Yes, for an additional cost. During the cooler desert months (October to April), the temperature of pool can range between 50-65 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 80 degrees (Spa can be heated up to 102 degrees), we do charge a fee for that.

POOL & SPA HEATING FEES:
$300/day of your reservation to heat the pool & spa combo, or $100/day of your reservation to heat the spa only. Arrangements must be made 48 hours prior to check with the owner.

**If you heat the pool or spa without permission, you will be fined $500 per day for all days in your reservation.

DO YOU PROVIDE A CLEANING SERVICE?
The departure cleaning fee is included in your booking.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
You can play music on the outside TV by the pool or bring a Bluetooth speaker that will easily connect to the wifi.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No pets allowed. This a strict policy and you will be fined $1,000 for ANY pet that is at the property, for any length of time, during your stay.
ENHANCED CLEANING/COVID-19
We have enhanced cleaning procedures in place and pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

RING CAMERA SYSTEM-
For additional safety, please note the property has 3 ring cameras in place at the front door, driveway, and pool equipment.
