Your Indio adventure begins at this 4-bedroom 2.5 bath house. With 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds (can be converted into another king) this superb property offers a variety of sleeping arrangements for guests. Complete with all utilities and WiFi included. It boasts beautiful landscape with a huge yard, 3 car garage, pantry, laundry room, pool table, and piano. The home has new interior paint all throughout and new carpet in all the bedrooms. This brilliant house ensures a comfortable stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Indio and our house has to offer. It is centrally located and walking distance to COD (eastern campus), Polo Grounds (Coachella Fest), Fairgrounds, Indio Open Air Market, and a Wal-Mart (and McDonald’s) shopping center are all walking distance. Rental includes the property in its entirety. Ask about long-term rate available from May 1st - March 31. Please note that the house comes equipt with everything including but not limited to linens, blankets, towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, toothpaste, etc. Pictures do not show this but will be updated March 18.
