Master Suite 1 is located next to the living room and features a King-sized Bed, 65-inch Westinghouse with Roku television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower, and his and her vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 features a King-sized Bed, 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 is located across from the garage and features a Full over Full bunk bed with twin trundle Bed, 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, and remote-controlled ceiling fan.
