Enjoy a relaxing stay in Indio lounging by the pool and soaking up the desert sun! Located in a small / private gated community with a newly remodeled backyard complete with pool, spa, mountain views, and everything you'll need for the perfect desert getaway. Centrally located - just 10min to downtown La Quinta / PGA West golf, 20min to Palm Desert, 30min to Palm Springs, and as close as you can get to the Polo Fields.

3 bed 2 bath that sleeps 8 comfortably (1 king, 1 queen, 4 twins). Master bedroom has 1 king bed and 1 twin bed with an en suite bath and double vanity. Head straight out to the pool from the master with direct access to the backyard! Second bedroom has 1 queen bed and third bedroom has 3 twin beds (one pull-out trundle).

Open living and dining area complete with spacious kitchen and access to the shaded side yard + full backyard. You'll find plenty of outdoor seating in the backyard with lounge chairs, an outdoor couch, multiple umbrellas, and large tanning shelf in the pool. Have a cup of coffee in the morning using the Keurig, grill up some lunch on the charcoal grill, and finish the day relaxing under the stars in the heated spa.

Spa heating is included in rental rate, but pool heating will be an extra fee of $75/day (though you really won't need/want it most months of the year!). Please ask about pool heating before check-in.

Door latches + alarms are installed and available on all exits from the house to the pool. If you're traveling with children under the age of 12, for your safety we ask that you turn on the door alarms for the entirety of your stay (instructions included at check-in).

It can get very windy in the desert! Occasionally high winds will blow dust into the pool / on to the furniture. The pool cleaner comes on Monday and Friday to vacuum the pool, but there is a pool brush available to help clear any dust (electric leaf blower also available for furniture, if needed).
