This unit is available for seasonal rentals only. Fully remodeled in 2022 Donald Wexler design mid-century condo in the prestigious Bermuda Colonies of the Bermuda Dunes Country Club. Home of the Bob Hope Classic for 50 years. This 2 BR/2BA home is spacious with all new kitchen and bathrooms with a mid-century flair but all of the modern conveniences. There is a spacious laundry room with full-size new washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances and cookware/dishes. Commercial grade stove/oven, dishwasher, and french door refrigerator and wine fridge. The living room has a gas fireplace. The master bedroom is large with a king size bed, walk-in closet, double vanities and shower. The guest bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed, single vanity with a shower. Blackout curtains and luxury bedding in both rooms. Both bedrooms open up to a private patio in the front of the unit with lounging furniture and a shade umbrella. The living area opens up to a covered patio that overlooks the green space and one of the 2 pools in the complex. A dinette and full size grill for you to enjoy. Gorgeous sunsets can be viewed with your beverage of choice. Surrounded by mountains and swaying palm trees. Privacy is abundant in this unit as none of it opens up to the street. The entire unit is tile floors with area rugs. Central heat and air keep the unit comfortable in all seasons. There is ample on-street parking.
This complex and the club are conveniently located very close to I-10, tucked between La Quinta, Indian Wells and Palm Desert. Close to many shopping options, entertainment, casinos, and an endless choice of restaurant selections. Because of the gated community the area is quiet with almost no street traffic noise. Citrus trees and flowering plants surround the complex. Newly painted pool areas with fresh landscaping. There is google smart home technology throughout for your entertainment.
30 day minimum is required by both the Country Club HOA as well as the complex HOA. $300 in utilities per month included in the cost. Absolutely no smoking! You will forfeit 100% of your deposit if it is determined that there has been smoking in the unit. No pets allowed. Tenant will be provided HOA rules and must abide by them.
