All of our units are identical in their floor plan. They are seven hundred square feet each with a maximum occupancy of six people with a recommendation of four or less. All units have two bedrooms, a single bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area. A complementary locking wall safe and complimentary unlimited local and national long-distance phone service are included as well.

All kitchens are fully equipped with a full size stove with oven and microwave, full size refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensils. The dining area includes table seating for four and bar stool counter seating for two.

• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
