Indian Palms Interval is an 83 unit property located in the Coachella Valley, city of Indio, California.
The resort consists of twenty-two buildings with four units per building.

Indian Palms Interval is located within the grounds of the Indian Palms Country Club and is adjacent to a 27 hole golf course, country club restaurant, and pro shop. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located near the resort. There are numerous desert activities and venues within the Coachella Valley.

All of our units are identical in their floor plan. They are seven hundred square feet each with a maximum occupancy of six people with a recommendation of four or less. All units have two bedrooms, a single bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area. A complementary locking wall safe and complimentary unlimited local and national long-distance phone service is included as well.

All kitchens are fully equipped with a full-size stove with oven and microwave, full-size refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The dining area includes table seating for four and bar stool counter seating for two.
We have a coin-operated laundry facility located near the center pool area. Coins and laundry detergent are available at the Check-in Office.

There are two heated outdoor pools. Each pool has a spa and outdoor shower. The center pool area also has a bathroom facility. There are BBQ gas grills located in each pool area. The center pool area has a canopy-covered patio with tables and seating. The back pool area has a shade-covered canopy.

There is a clubhouse with a restaurant and pro shop, 27 hole championship golf course, driving range, 2 tennis courts and fitness center (All country club amenities are offered for an additional fee and subject to availability).

• Housekeeping is provided once per week during complete week stays.

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
