Lovely condo nestled on a lake on the northeast side of indy (SoBro). Close to all of what Indy has to offer. Downtown, Butler University, IMA, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, State Fair, Broad Ripple, Laurel Hall venue and much more.
The cantilever pergola on the deck offers amazing relaxation. With sights of all types of wildlife, fish, squirrel's, bird's, turtle's. You will soon forget that you are in the city!
New paint, New lighting, New beds, New sofas, New Faucets, New Furniture!

The Space is an open concept, 3 bed room, Living room, Dining room, 2 1/2 bath, Loft space, 3 Seasons sun room, Large Deck (closed in winter) that is 12ft above the ground that looks over a 100 acre lake. The Master Bed room has an updated ensuite walk in shower (the controls for the shower im are revered). Bed room # 2 has ensuite with tub. 3rd bed room & 1/2 bath located on main lvl. 2 car garage ( currently unavailable). Smart locks.

We are happy to provide recommendations for dining, shopping, nightlife, and what Indianapolis haves to offer.

CLEANING:
We know how important it is to be in a clean space. We do a full deep clean after each check-out. We will always have fresh sheets, duvet/comforter, and pillow cases. We scrub the bathrooms and thoroughly clean the kitchen. The floors are vacuumed, swept and mopped before each check-in as well.

A standard clean takes us approximately 2-3 hours, assuming no major messes are left. If extra cleaning because of an excessive mess is required, an additional fee based on the amount of time above the 3 hours will be charged at $20/hour. Please be considerate of the home and future guests.

PARKING:
Parking is Limited to 3 spots. Please let us know if there will be more than 3 vehicles in your group.

Lake:
Currentley no dock or easy way to the lake.
Swim and boat at your own risk.

- We are set at a 2 night minimum, but we are happy to host single night guests, please contact me about it!

The best way to get around is by car. Public transportation is close (adout 2 blocks from bus stop) Uber and Lyft are available as well.

House Manual
-Master Bathroom Shower controls are reversed
-Bring your slippers, the porcelain floors can get a bit chilly.
-Keep the furnace fan on to help circulate the air.
-Keep the loft ceiling fan on. It really helps to move the air around.
-The Deck is closed in the winter time.
-The 2 car garage is currently unavailable.
-10pm quiet hour on the Deck
-No dock/boardwalk
-Swim and boat at your own risk.
-No smoking/vaping
-No parties
-No pets (Owner has a pet allergy)
-House slippers are encouraged!
-Property under outside camera surveillance
-Please empty trash to outside bins
-Please load dishwasher with dirty dishes and press the go button.
-Please clean up your mess
-Please put used towels in hampers
-Please don't make the beds, as we strip them each time a guest stays.
-Please have relax and enjoy yourself
