Our newly remodeled 3BR townhouse is the ideal setting while you are here on family vacation, business, or just to experience all that Indy has to offer. A perfect blend of luxury and comfort, we are confident you’ll feel right at home. The St. Joseph neighborhood itself is safe, quiet and conveniently located to all downtown events and attractions. A short 10 min walk will find you in the Bottleworks district and Mass Ave. Lucas Oil, Children's Museum and the Zoo are less than a 10 min drive!

Before each guest arrives, our home is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized for your safety and peace of mind.
• Private street entrance – keypad lock provides contactless entry and exit
• Attached single car garage (additional free parking next to building and on Central Avenue)

• Fully equipped kitchen w/ all essentials provided – Complimentary coffee

• Master suite offers a lovely view of the city skyline, king bed, large walk-in closet, private bath and private patio
• Bedroom #2 furnished with king bed

• Shared guest bath with combination shower/tub

• Smart Roku TV’s in living room and bedrooms
Guest access
• Key code will be provided at least 1 hour before check-in
• We ask that you please enter the residence from the front door on 11th street
• The attached garage entrance is located at the rear of the building and can be opened/closed from inside the townhome
• Additional free parking next to the townhome, but is available on first come basis
• Additional free parking nearby on Central Avenue
Other things to note
• You must be 25 or older to book – photo of Drivers License or State ID required
• Please remember that you will be staying in a privately owned house. We ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own and we will respond to any questions or issues promptly.
• For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the building is monitored 24/7 by recording security cameras covering the front and rear entrances.
• The maximum house capacity is 8 people. Unauthorized guests, parties and events are house rule violations and will result in fines / fees and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. We value the safety and security of all our guests.
Located in Indianapolis, this vacation home is in the city center. Old National Centre is a notable landmark and some of the area's popular attractions include Children's Museum of Indianapolis and Indianapolis Zoo. Check out an event or a game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and consider making time for Indiana State Fairgrounds, a top attraction not to be missed.
