Cheerful decor, spacious rooms, and thoughtful touches in this renovated home in the historic Bates-Hendricks neighborhood make it perfectly suited for your trip to Indianapolis! Make yourself at home in this 2 story, spacious home, complete with a full kitchen, wi-fi, and laundry room. It's a 5 minute drive to Bankers Life, Lucas Oil Stadium, the Indianapolis Convention Center and all the downtown amenities. Also, a short walk to Fountain Square area for fantastic restaurants and night life.
The space
This home was originally built in 1920 and still retains much of it's vintage charm! The location makes it a breeze to get downtown or to one of the other cultural districts for nightlife and activities. This space and location is ideal for families or groups of friends who are coming into town to explore the city or go to an event. The home accommodates 6 comfortably. There are enough beds and air mattresses to sleep 9 at the maximum, for groups looking for an economic choice, but please note that there is only one full bathroom (and one half bathroom) and the living areas are setup for smaller groups.
Guest access
Guests are able to access the main floor, which consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, main floor bathroom/laundry room, as well as the upstairs which consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The basement is off-limits for guests.
Located in Indianapolis, this vacation home is in the city center. Fashion Mall at Keystone is worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Indianapolis Zoo and Children's Museum of Indianapolis. Check out an event or a game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and consider making time for Indiana State Fairgrounds, a top attraction not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including winery tours.
