-No Smoking- The Smoke Remediation Fee will be a minimum of $500 for smoking in the house and could be higher depending on the extent of the damage.

-Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else. If the plumbing clogs during your stay, a fee may be incurred to have a plumber come and make repairs.

-Guests are responsible for any and all damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly
