Take advantage of this location to explore nearby Clearwater Beach (5 miles) & St. Pete Beach (10 miles) along the same sandy shores. This fully furnished retreat blends classy-chic coastal living with upscale comfort, making it the perfect getaway. The private in-home elevator ensures effortless access between all levels, making every part of the home easily reachable. The ground level (1) has an open patio with outdoor furnishings in the back of the townhouse for enjoying a little private time. Also on the garage level (1) has its own refrigerator and stand alone ice maker to fill the beach cooler for a day in the sand. Bicycles, cooler, beach buggy, chairs, towels all await you. ELECTRIC VEHICLE? NO problem the garage has a built in 240V EV charger available. 1 small dog (no cats) or service animal allowed with documentation ( 20 lbs or under). Additional $300 non-refundable pet fee required.
From the moment you step inside and ascend to the MAIN living level (2), you'll be captivated by the open-concept Great Room, boasting ten-foot ceilings, stunning wood floors, and sliders leading to a private balcony where you can quietly soak in the refreshing coastal breeze. Additionally on the Main level (2), the kitchen features custom cabinets, granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, high-end appliances, and elegant lighting that sets the tone for an unforgettable stay. The thoughtfully designed Main level (2) features a comfy Queen bedroom (#4) with wall mounted streaming TV. This level has a full bath (#3) with a walk-in shower, which provides enhanced convenience for all guests.
Upstairs to the TOP level(3) by staircase or elevator, the primary King suite is a sanctuary of luxury with its comfy King Bed, was mounted streaming TV, private sitting area which includes a sleeper sofa and spa-like bath, offering a perfect retreat at the end of the day. Ample space for family or friends can be found in cozy guest bedrooms (#2) & (#3) Each bedroom has a comfy Queen bed and feature beautiful wood floors and are outfitted with flatscreen streaming TVs .
