Bedroom 3: Two Full beds.

There is also very spacious family room plus an reading area with wall to wall windows to enjoy the beautiful pool, beach and ocean views!Outdoor Cooking: BBQ grill with grilling utensils provided.
Travel Comforts: Fresh linens, hair dryers, and travel-sized soaps/shampoos.
Private Pool: Heated to 85°F from December 1st through March 1st
Beach Ready: 4-6 foldable beach chairs and 6 beach towels are provided.

Estate Rules & Booking Policies
To maintain our peaceful atmosphere and comply with local regulations, we strictly enforce the following rules:
Maximum Occupancy: Strict limit of 6 guests maximum (including children of any age). No exceptions.
Guest Registration: The names and ages of all guests must be provided at the time of booking. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No day guests.
Parking: Strict maximum of 2 vehicles allowed on-site (NO RVs, semi trucks, etc)
Video Surveillance is on the exterior of the property for your safety.
