It doesn't get any better than this beautiful upgraded unit with direct walk-out onto the pool deck, with gulf view and beautiful pristine white beach sands. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has an eat-in kitchen, a separate dining room area, new air conditioning/heating unit and loads of closet space. Amenities include free hi-speed wifi; unlimited long distance phone calls to anywhere in North America; digital SMART TVs with hundreds of channels in living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom; flat screen wall mounted TV in 3rd bedroom; beach coolers; playpen; booster seat; beach chairs; beach towels; pool toys; books, board games and playing cards; flat screen TV and phone in each bedroom; washer and dryer with free laundry detergent and fabric softener supplied by owner; sewing repair kit; wall mounted hair dryers; fireplace with insert; and first aid kit. There is also a portable cabana that can be assembled on the beach to provide a shaded area. Condo has well-equipped kitchen, blankets in each bedroom, iron, ironing board and drying rack. The hall table can also be used as a wine rack. The designated parking spot for this condo is conveniently located next to the stairwell leading up to the condo hallway or a short walk to the elevator. Enjoy glorious sunsets as you walk along the beach. This condo is perfect for families and the elderly--supervise your children in the pool from the condo patio and no need to do stairs to get to the pool and BBQ area. Bring your baby monitor with you and relax by the pool or hot tub while baby naps inside - just seconds away from you! Condo has wheelchair access to pool deck. Adjustable and portable bath stool is available for persons with limited mobility.

Condo association requires minimum 7 day rentals. Sleeps 7.
In high season, condo rents only from Saturday to Saturday. In mid or low season, Saturday to Saturday requirement can be negotiated.
BABY FRIENDLY!! Condo is equipped with GRACO Pack and Play playpen with/without mattress, 2 booster seats (for infants up to toddlers), plastic baby dinnerware, plastic bibs, 2 baby baths, child safety bed rail, baby books and toys, baby carrier (up to 40 lbs), baby walker, baby life jackets, 2 child step stools to reach counter for teeth brushing, and rocking baby bassinette. Plastic outlet plugs and sliding cupboard locks are available.
PARKING! There is one designated underground parking spot for this condo. In low season an additional parking permit may be possible in the Visitor lot at the side of the building. Owner will arrange for an additional parking permit for the Visitor Parking lot in low season if available.
GYM FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS!! The property fee of $80 includes free access to The Beachfront Fitness Center, approximately 1 mile south of the condo, for you and your guests. Take advantage of free exercise classes and use of the gym equipment. Owner will provide details at time of booking.
Property fee also includes renters insurance with coverage of $1500 for accidental damage and spills with zero deductible; designated underground parking spot; access to property management company 24/7; check-in and check-out; and special arrangements for key pick-up/drop-off after-hours. No damage deposit is collected.
PERFECT LOCATION! This condo is only 35 minutes from Tampa airport and only 20 minutes from St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport. It's an easy drive to Busch Gardens and professional sports games in Tampa. It's a 30 minute drive to Dunedin Stadium (see the Blue Jays in spring training!); 90 minutes to Disney and SeaWorld; and 8 minutes to the closest public golf course. Drive only 35 minutes to St. Pete for the Florida Orchestra, Fine Arts Museum, Mahaffey Theater, Salvador Dali Museum, fine shopping and fine dining. Close to many shopping malls.
