Internet/wifi and cable TV are included. The unit is complete with everything you need for a winter vacation including chairs, towels, umbrellas, beach toys, and rolling cart for easy transporting across the street to the beach, 2 large smart TVs and a beautiful lanai provide indoor leisure activities. Bring your Netflix or Amazon login info. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The coin operated Laundry Room is 20 steps from the unit, next to the elevator.

Bay Mariner has a large, inviting heated pool and spa, shuffleboard, separate sauna and exercise rooms for men and women, party room, billiards room, lovely lobby, and many social activities for residents and vacationers. There is reserved parking for each unit and secured entrances. Beautiful landscaping and private boat dock with boardwalk and benches and a picnic area complete the ambiance. There are many restaurants near the property, as well as grocery stores. There is a mini mart within walking distance. We prefer 3 month renters.

Located in Indian Shores, this condo is near theme parks and on the waterfront. Splash Harbour Water Park is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at St. Petersburg - Clearwater Beaches and Clearwater Beach. Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf and Rita's Ice Cream are also worth visiting. With rafting, motor boating, and sailing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
