Step inside to the living room, decorated in subtle coastal decor, and featuring a comfy couch and flatscreen TV. There's also a cozy dining area and kitchenette, perfect for whipping up snacks for the beach. Free WiFi keeps everyone plugged in. There is also a shared washer/dryer on-site. After you get the lay of the land, grab one of the provided beach towels and head for the shared, heated pool or beach. Or, with the Indian River just minutes away as well, you could opt for some birdwatching or kayaking. Ocean or river, pool or beach-you can't go wrong at this relaxing, oceanfront getaway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
