The space
The property consist of two separate houses almost side by side. One is the main house 175 m2 and the smaller is 50m2.
The main house has two bathrooms and huge kitchen, one suite downstairs with sliding walls to separate from the living room. Upstairs we have sleeping areas for 8 people in an open space (loft style) divided into two spaces with sliding walls.
The smaller house has kitchen and bathroom, bedroom and living room.
Located in Kjósarhreppur, this villa is in a rural area and on the beach. Hallgrimskirkja and Reykjavik City Museums are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Varmarlaug Swimming Pool and Lagafellslaug. Traveling with kids? Consider Laugardalslaug Geothermal Pool, or check out an event or a game at Laugardalsvollur. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching, ecotours, and wildlife walks.
