Sogsbakki is a new modern 3 bedroom luxury villa located in Grimsnes, a 45 min. drive from Reykjavik and 30 min. drive to Geysir, Gullfoss and Thingvellir. The villa, which is within a gated area which gives you sense of being totally secure, has a modern design and is very well equipped in every way; it’s surrounded by terraces on all sides, equipped with sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, and outdoor barbecue (gas), garden furniture. In the area there are number of golf courses, swimming pools, hiking trails, fishing rivers and other exciting things. The nearest restaurant is only 5 min. walk away.
Located in Selfoss, this villa is next to a golf course and on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Thingvellir National Park and Kerid Crater, while Skyrland Museum and LA Art Museum are cultural highlights. Fishing and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and horse riding nearby.
