The Rock Palace is exactly like the names says. It`s a PALACE. This New Large custom home was designed for large families and friends to gather and have an all-inclusive vacation. Palace offers a large 33-foot private pool with a hot tub built in, an amazing 5 hole putting green, fire pit and seating All in an amazing private courtyard, as well as a fire pit on the deck upstairs with incredible views. Other amenities avaiable are a wet bar, 6 bedrooms, pool table, retro video games, old school record player, a beautiful large outdoor balcony to entertain, and much, much more! This home sleeps 22 people very comfortably, 5 King bedroom suites and a Bunkroom with 6 Queens and 2 bathrooms. This makes a total of 11 beds and 7.5 bathrooms. This is a brand-new home that screams luxury, join us at the palace a place where fun is always the plan! The Palace also offers extra onsite parking. It offers a large 4 car garage and trailer parking on the side of the garage. All the toys will be safe at the Palace.
The community offers 2 large pools and a 30+ people Hot Tub. 2 large parks with 2 pickle ball courts. It also provides a nice picnic area and a gorgeous front fountain. We are minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir & Quail Creek Reservoir. Zion National Park is 30 minuets to the main gate. Other amazing national parks within a hour and half, North Rim Grand Canyon, Bryce National Park, Cedar Breaks. Also, with in an hour and a half is Brian Head Ski Resort. The Palace is in the perfect central location for so many activities. You will not be disappointed!!

Located in Hurricane, this vacation home is near a water park and on a lake. Pioneer Courthouse Museum and St. George Tabernacle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Sand Hollow Golf Course and Sky Mountain Golf Course. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Burns Arena or Greater Zion Stadium. Jet skiing and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain climbing nearby.
