Come and indulge at Château des Rêves (Castle of Dreams), a European-themed luxury resort-style home at this incredibly spacious group getaway. Located in the heart of everything that Southwest Utah has to offer, this Hurricane retreat provides numerous private on-site activities and amenities.

The corner lot location of this home provides privacy and unobstructed views of the Pine Valley Mountain Range and the Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. It is conveniently located close to State Parks and in the heart of everything Southern Utah has to offer. It is near Zion National Park (30 miles), Sand Hollow Reservoir and ATV Recreation area (3 miles), and Snow Canyon and Gunlock State Parks (about 30 miles) as well as being close to numerous hiking and biking trails. Also within ten miles are four incredible golf courses - Sand Hollow, Sky Mountain, Coral Canyon, and Copper Rock.

This home’s numerous amenities will provide endless entertainment opportunities for your family or large group.

Outside, it has a large private heated pool with a wet deck for young ones to splash around in and a four-hole putting green (putters included) for friendly competitions. There is also an outdoor deck that provides a quiet space with wonderful views of the surrounding area.

The fun doesn’t stop as you enter into the home. Upstairs, younger guests will find endless entertainment possibilities in a playroom with a slide and toys that let their imaginations run wild. Next to the playroom, is ‘The Castle,’ designed to give them the feeling they are living and playing in a real castle. The real stone wall and medieval-themed decorations will leave them enamored and in awe. Bedtime may be the most exciting time of day! The young ones can choose between five different bunk beds where they want to sleep. The bunk room is complete with torch lighting and fun decor to give them a sense that they are staying in an actual castle. The upstairs also includes a second bunk room for kids who may want their own private space. For the adults, there are two private primary suites to relax in and enjoy.

The main floor was designed to everyone together in a single space where ALL could be in the same room at the same time with ample space to spread out and not feel crowded. This unique open floor plan includes a great room with a 20-foot island bar a 13-foot dining table, as well as additional seating and dining so your group can cook and eat together. Included in the great room is a giant sectional with six power recliners to stretch out on and enjoy a movie on the large TV, tell stories, or play games in front of the fireplace.

The gourmet kitchen boasts a 20' island bar and 14' dining table. It is fully equipped with three refrigerators, two ovens, a microwave, two full-sized dishwashers, a pantry with ample storage for whatever you want to bring along, and all the cooking tools you may need. Located just off the kitchen outside, you will find a large gas barbecue grill. Also, on the main floor, you will find a private casita with its own kitchenette. The casita room near the garage is a useable bedroom. It is not a separate living space.

A short walk within the community there is free resort access to a large pool, a lap pool, a splash pad, pickle ball courts, and an exercise room. There is also a community clubhouse with a kitchen that can be reserved for a minimal fee.
Things to Know:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Construction: This property is a brand-new home situated in a developing neighborhood, where occasional construction noise may occur. However, there is currently no construction activity adjacent to the home.

Pool heating*: For new bookings beginning January 1, 2025 for stays of three nights or more, pool heating to 80* is complimentary (Pool can be heated to warmer than 80* for an additional fee). For shorter stays, a fee of USD 75 per day will be charged if a guest would like the pool heated to 80* - please note it can take about 24 hours to heat the pool to 80* , so notice and payment must given prior to check-in. Guests may contact Vacasa after booking to arrange this service.

Basement access is not included with this vacation rental.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Hurricane, this vacation home is in the mountains. St. George Musical Theater and McQuarrie Memorial Pioneer Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Pioneer Courthouse Museum and St. George Tabernacle.
