Private home on over 2 acres with large heated* pool and hot tub. This spacious home is the perfect escape for those who want a relaxing place to return to after enjoying the outdoor recreation around Southern Utah. This home is close to sand dunes, St. George, Zion's (29 miles), Kolob (28 miles), Cedar Breaks (70 miles), and less than 10 miles from Sand Hollow!

The home is equipped with 5 flat screen TV’s, Fiber wireless internet, game room area with game table, TV room with comfortable sectional, Beautiful pool table room with TV, comfy electric sectional and view of the back yard pool, awesome kitchen and full laundry.

**Please respect the neighbors with no loud music or activity around the pool/hot tub. All pool activity shuts off at 10:00 pm.

**From the months of November to March the pool can be heated for a fee. **Hot tub is FREE to heat.

You can rent ATV's in town and drive right to the sand dunes. There are several ATV rental companies in Hurricane.

You will feel like you are secluded but there are other homes. Please be mindful of other neighbors when it comes to noise.
