This home is nestled in a wonderful neighborhood and has a relaxing patio and yard! It is perfect for family and friend get togethers as well as sports teams! This home has an open floor plan. Living room and fully stocked kitchen are on the first floor of the home along with a bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms in the home, which are all located on the second floor of the home. The master bedroom is a suite with a king bed and a bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed in it. The third and fourth bedrooms have bunk beds in them with a twin bunk bed on the top and a full size bed on the bottom. There is also a second bathroom located in the upstairs of the home. ** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our home The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 12 guests.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the home. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

**We provide regular and decaf coffee for the drip coffee machine. We do not provide K cups for the Keurig machine.

** Pets are permitted for a $50 pet fee per day per pet. 2 pet maximum. Dogs and cats are the only pets permitted to stay on this property. Dogs must be under the weight of 40 pounds to stay on the property**
