Located midway between Huron and Vermilion, near Cedar Point, Sheldon Marsh, and Oberlin College. This stylish escape features decor that pays homage to the rich artistic and nautical heritage of the region.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Upstairs there are two inviting bedrooms—the first furnished with spacious king-sized bed and the second with two comfortable queen beds. Each room has its own television.
Cotton and Egyptian Cotton Linens provided.
Downstairs has a full-size Murphy Bed that can be made up upon request.
BATHROOMS:
Upstairs: Spa-like bathroom with built-in Bluetooth speakers and colored lights, adds a touch of luxury to your retreat. Soaker tub and shower.
*Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash by Public Goods provided. Public Goods provides clean, sustainable products.

Downstairs: Bathroom with shower, close access to pool.
KITCHEN:
Newly remodeled, modern kitchen with pristine quartz countertops and all the supplies needed for cooking family meals.

Comfortably furnished dining and living areas complete the perfect blend of style and relaxation throughout the home. Home is stocked with popular board games, puzzles and reading material for the whole family.
SWIMMING POOL:
Pool will open in early May and will be heated once night-time temps are in the 60s. In order to ensure a safe, clean pool, service will be scheduled for stays of 4 or more days. We strive to do this early morning and generally takes less than an hour. No access to the home interior is required for pool service.
BARBECUE GRILL
Natural gas barbecue grill is available for use April–October. Basic grill utensils and grill mats provided
Enjoy views of the in-ground pool comfortably from the sunroom or lounge on deck. Outdoor seating is provided for dining and lounging, complemented by a cozy 3-season room where guests can unwind regardless of weather.
YARD
Large front and backyard. Please stay within The Lazy Frog's yard.
Home has 3 televisions with Roku and basic cable.
THINGS TO NOTE:
You will have private access to the entire property, yard and pool area excluding garage and basement storage area. There are a few locked owner's cabinets.
NOISE CONSIDERATION:
As is the case all along Lake Erie in the Vermilion/Huron area, there is a busy train track about 1/2 mile south of the property. As of 2026 there is potential for construction noise from a nearby construction project.
Located in Huron, this vacation home is near theme parks and near a water park. While the natural beauty of Lake Erie and Nickel Plate Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Sports Force Parks at Cedar Point Sports Center.
Check out an event or a game at Summit Motorsports Park, and consider making time for Kalahari Waterpark Resort, a top attraction not to be missed. Kayaking and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
