- Upstairs bedroom includes a full-over-queen bunk bed
- Two sleeper sofas (one upstairs, one down) offer extra sleeping space
- Six separate mattresses in total, with independent A/C units in each room for personalized comfort

Starting May 2026, enjoy one of the few lake rentals with a private pool:
- 15' x 24' pool with a scenic sitting area at water’s edge
- Splash pad for lounging or kid-friendly fun
- Max depth of 4'6"—perfect for cooling off and unwinding
- Passcode-protected auto cover for child safety, pool will be opened 10A-10P, time beyond that can be likely accommodated by request.
