When arrive at the property, you'll notice an ocean view outside of this corner lot property at the intersection of spacious streets lined with tall palm trees.
Enter through the private gate, you'll see on your left an area where you can practice morning yoga with the sun shining on your face, or relax with sunset yoga. Or, for you surfers, you can rinse yourself and your board with the outdoor water faucet, and store it here.

You will then be welcomed by the courtyard patio. Here, you sit in the cozy egg chair nook to read a book, write in your journal, or take your work call and work on your laptop. Relax and have your morning coffee in the morning sun, take in the sweet ocean air. Use the area as an alfresco dining and living room. A kitchenette has what you need to prepare your light meals. Keurig coffee, tea, rice cooker, microwave, air fryer, crockpot etc. are provided. A brand new washer and dryer that are for your exclusive complimentary use upon request

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8:30 am.
