Beautiful gated community condo on top floor with balcony. Condo is a studio, one bath, birds eye view from living room and kitchen, and beautiful views of the sunrise and mountains. The vaulted ceiling makes it feel open and spacious. Fully furnished including washer and dryer, dish washer, stove/oven, microwave, cookware, utensils and more. Queen size bed and sofa bed if needed. All you need is your personal clothing and toiletries. Balcony storage contains bikes, boogie boards, volleyball. It is located 1.25 miles from the beautiful Huntington Beach city and state beach. Walking distance to Stores for groceries and many restaurants. Covered underground parking space. 13 miles from Disneyland and close to other attractions. Street fair every Tuesday evening.
