Remodeled single family home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and free off street parking. Home has 2 living rooms (50" TVs / Netflix/Hulu) so kids don't have to fight over the remote, dining area, remodeled kitchen and pool/spa, and patio. Chill out at our place enjoying your favorite drink which comes with a drink refrigerator.
Outdoor relaxation available in our private backyard with BBQ and outdoor seating OR in on the front patio outside the french doors. Take a dip in the pool or relax in a warm spa on a 6000 sq. foot lot.
Close to major attractions located in the quiet Pacific Sands community and is 1 mile from the beach, downtown Huntington & great shopping/dining at Pacific City. Everything is a 15 min walk or 5 min drive away. The home is a short 30 minute drive from Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, or 60 minute drive to Los Angeles.
