This coastal-themed getaway is tastefully decorated with unique, hand-painted furniture by a local artist and charming metal art. The open-concept layout and modern upgrades make it a welcoming space for everyone.
Dining: Walk or drive to local favorites like Sam's on the Gulf, featured on Emeril’s cooking show, for sunsets, live music, and dancing; Get Hooked for fresh, daily-caught seafood; or Ollie’s Beach Bar for a laid-back vibe.
Family Fun: Visit the Congo River Miniature Golf or enjoy water fun at SunWest Park with its inflatable water obstacle course.
Natural Wonders: Explore the crystal-clear springs at Weeki Wachee for kayaking, tubing, and mermaid shows, or swim with manatees at Three Sisters Springs in Kings Bay.
The Pontoon Boat: Available for experienced boaters at an additional fee.
Take your Gulf adventure to the next level by renting the on-site 2022 Princecraft 23 XT Quad Lounger Tritoon Pontoon boat with a 150 HP Mercury 4-Stroke EFI engine. The pontoon features:
- Lounge seating with storage
- Bluetooth sound system
- 52-gallon gas tank
- Capacity for 12 people
Guest Access:
The entire home is yours to enjoy! We provide linens, free Wi-Fi, and even extra toiletries in case you forgot something.
Important Notes:
- The home is professionally cleaned and maintained after each stay.
- Pontoon Boat Rental: Requires a $1,000 cash deposit, full payment before use, and proof of coastal navigation skills.
Liability Waiver: Guests assume all risks related to water activities, including swimming, kayaking, or canoeing.
Extras:
- An outdoor grill is available for use (please clean after).
- No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
