The master bedroom is massive and offers a beautiful, newly remodeled bathroom with tile shower.
Laundry with washer/dryer and 2 car garage are just off the master bedroom. Two additional bedrooms on the main level, 1 with king bed and the other w/a set of bunk beds. There's also a guest bathroom on the main level with new tile shower that has a grab bar. 
There are multiple rooms for gathering, a living room with desk and computer, as well as 2 sun rooms on the main level AND a family room upstairs with foosball table. There are also 2 extra bedrooms and a flex room on the upper level and bathroom with tub/shower combo. 

Kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, full size refrigerator, range and dishwasher. 

Central A/C throughout, washer/dryer, gas grill, Xfinity WIFI, 6 TV's. Wood-burning fireplace for use October thru April. Paved driveway to the water provides easy access to the dock for unloading water toys and coolers.

The covered boat dock has a hoist (22', 3500lb max), electricity, lights, all available for tenants' use (no floater). A 1400 square foot multilevel deck spans the entire lakeside of the where you can find the outdoor hot tub. Canoe, 2 kayaks, 3 paddleboards & a paddleboat available!  Fire-pit available for tenant use.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. MOUNTAIN VIEW SHORES is a lovely development with many year-round homes, it features a private boat ramp area where you may park your boat trailer for the duration of your stay. It has paved roads and central water system. Ideal for walkers and joggers. Lake location is supreme being near the mountain and the dam at the deepest, cleanest part of the lake. The land was originally owned by the Appalachian Power Company (which owns the lake) and a group of 10 investors from Bedford bought the land from the Power Company in the late 1970's and developed the subdivision comprised of over 400 lots, offering the land for sale one section per year, selling out in 4 years.
