Living room has beautiful gas fireplace (available October - April) with large SmartTV. Living area opens to spacious screened porch with another SmartTV- perfect for enjoying a meal or just relaxing after a long day on the lake! The dining area offers enough space for everyone to be seated comfortably, including 2 extra leaves for the table. Just off the dining area, there's an open deck with gas grill.

2 bedrooms (including 1 master suite w/king bed), 1 flex room, laundry room and 2½ bathrooms (incl master suite bathroom) are also located on the main level.

The upper level has a bedroom w/queen bed and flex room. The flex room has 2 twin beds & games - perfect for children! There is also a ½ bath on the upper level.

The lower level is spacious enough to be its own 'apartment'! Master suite with king bed and shower. Guest bathroom with shower also located on the lower level. 2nd kitchen with fridge, ice maker, sink, dishwasher & microwave. The family room has a gas fireplace (available October - April) and another large SmartTV.

The spacious patio has a NEW 7-Person HOT TUB, ping pong table & cornhole boards available for use.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

MOUNTAIN VIEW SHORES is a lovely development with many year-round homes, it features a private boat ramp area where you may park your boat trailer for the duration of your stay. It has paved roads and central water system. Ideal for walkers and joggers. Lake location is supreme being near the mountain and the dam at the deepest, cleanest part of the lake. The land was originally owned by the Appalachian Power Company (which owns the lake) and a group of 10 investors from Bedford bought the land from the Power Company in the late 1970's and developed the subdivision comprised of over 400 lots, offering the land for sale one section per year, selling out in 4 years.

Located in Huddleston, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront.
