The basement has a beautiful workspace for those who can't wait for tasks. The relaxing basement offers games, a TV, and a kitchenette. Be prepared to enjoy ample indoor seating options when socializing and lounging are both a priority.

The living room at Quiet Fairways boasts vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a coffee nook. Just off the living room, the dining room hosts a table that can accommodate the whole group. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be cooked to taste in a kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances and a granite central island with barstool seating. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
