Over sized living area with view of lake with two over sized dining tables to seat 19. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with 3 ovens, two sinks, side by side fridge/freezer, gas range, washer and dryer. Outside entertaining area with covered patio, fire pit, gas and charcoal grill, and ample seating for all. Hammocks, swings for children, ping pong table, trampoline, basketball hoop, and air hockey table. Wood closet stocked with wood for winter. Fishing doc just off of patio fully stocked with bass, rock bass, and catfish catch and release please! Cattle grazing on property with barn onsite. Driveway parks up to 15 vehicles. Bars, restaurants and Liquor stores near by. This is great for family reunions and getaways with family and friends. Home is located only 45 minutes north of Dallas, TX, 30 minutes from Lake Texoma and Lake Ray Roberts. Perfect place to bring your boat to enjoy public lakes near by.
