Located directly on the Kokosing River. One neighbor within view but are seasonal. Very quiet peaceful place.

Eagles are abundant in the winter and if you're a birdwatcher this is the place for you.

The double sliding doors offer a beautiful view of the river even from the bed and can be opened in the summer to offer the relaxing and calming sounds of the river.

Enjoy a movie or your favorite music on the outdoor tv or bluetooth speakers on the deck or enjoy a fire while watching the river.

Honey Run Falls is within 5 mins and Kenyon college in Gambier is a short distance from the cottage.

The 30 mile paved Kokosing gap trail runs along an old railroad bed and is a short 2 mile bike ride from the cottage.

Located in Howard, this cottage is on the waterfront. Bolton Theatre and Woodward Opera House are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Apple Valley Golf Course and Apple Valley Marina.
