You will also be required to authorize a refundable $500 security deposit to cover any guest-related damages during your stay. The $500 will NOT be charged at the beginning of your reservation and will only be charged after your stay if any guest-related damages are found. The only payment required before your reservation begins is a $10 non-refundable processing fee.

• By booking with us and continuing with this reservation, you automatically agree to the waivers, disclaimers, disclosures, and any other matter stated in this document: Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (4 cars). NO parking on Wheeler Ave, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around

• Please note that though the listing shows 7 beds, there are only 6 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality queen-size air mattress.

• Please note that though the listing shows 2 bunk beds, there is only 1 bunk bed(2 queen-size beds). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This property includes a hot tub outside. Please understand that since the hot tub is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the hot tub. Rest assured that we do hot tub maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the hot tub after we have cleaned it. Our hot tub maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the hot tub and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the hot tub remains in great condition for you and future guests.

• There is a small apartment unit at the very back of the property lot that is rented out by a long-term tenant. The apartment is not attached to this house, it is completely separate and will not affect your stay at all. Since the apartment shares the same driveway gate, you may see the tenant coming into his apartment. He is not allowed to park on the driveway so you might see him walking by, but please do not worry about it. Also, he does not live there permanently and only comes in occasionally. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER OR TRY TO ENTER THAT BACK APARTMENT UNIT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
