Located only minutes to downtown, Memorial Park, Galleria, Museum District, and more, you’ll have plenty of time to explore the many attractions found in Houston. With everything from breathtaking views of downtown and a roof garden to unique designer furnishings, all you have to do is bring yourself!
Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage. If additional space is required, feel free to park on the streets as well.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer available for your use should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay.
Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★
We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.
Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
