Come enjoy this new construction home and unwind close to Angustora Reservoir at this delightful house. With 3 bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a pack n play. There is a large couch that can sleep a few guests. Air mattresses and extra bedding/ pillows also available. The house has an attached garage and is on 3 acres. A short 5 minute drive to Breakers Beach and boat docks, or spend the day on the pond located in the backyard. In the front yard you are able to see the hot air balloons take off from the airport. Family friendly home with all the items you will need (games, toys, pack n play, high hair, sand toys, beach chairs). Several yard games, shuffleboard table, and pedal boat available.
