• Home and garage should be left in the same general condition as when you moved in. a walk-through may be scheduled, or it will be conducted after your departure to review condition and inventory.
• Empty and wipe down cabinets, closets & drawers. empty all trash cans, remove all food from refrigerator/pantry. sweep lanais/patios (including basement) and wipe down exterior tables and chairs.
