CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Major exterior painting and spalling repair project Jul 2025–Apr 2027 with construction noise daily from 8am–5pm. This unit's lanai will be closed ~2–3 weeks sometime Nov 2026–Mar 2027, accessible daily from 5pm once work is finished for the day. (Dates subject to change without notice due to weather and unexpected delays.)

NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-Bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into a spacious open-concept Studio with NO wall/door separating the bedroom from the living room.

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.
