Spacious and bright two-story house ( 2,500 square-foot home ) with plenty of room for family and friends, can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room.
The home is designed with an open floor plan that provides a comfortable flow between the family room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook that seats 4—the dining room table seats 6. Also on the first floor there is an office that can be used as a bedroom using a roll up bed. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms.
A roomy master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub, and windows overlooking the lake.
Also located upstairs is a second bathroom with a shower, and there are three charming bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds, and the other two bedrooms each have a Queen bed.
The backyard is equipped with outdoor furniture, BBQ, propane fire pit. providing another beautiful space for friends and family to enjoy a meal, a glass of wine, a book, a sunset, or a conversation by the lake.
We provide linens, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, picnic supplies, and lots of other resources to make your stay at my Florida lake house hassle-free and fun!
Located in Princeton, this vacation home is near theme parks and on a lake. Zoo Miami and South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Dadeland Mall and Southland Mall. The Gold Coast Railroad Museum and Arcade Odyssey are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and mountain biking nearby.
