This cottage is solely for couples who are in need of relaxation and peace. It is a cozy two-bedroom one-bath cottage, conveniently located on the ground floor for easy accessibility to our BBQ area along with a lanai capturing breathtaking sunsets of our West-Central Kona Coast. This property offers a private entrance on its lower level allowing you to come and go as you please. Please note that there are stairs leading down to the lower level of the cottage. Due to our home being located in a quiet private neighborhood surrounded by beautiful nature. We highly recommend our cottage for couples that are wanting to relax and wind down during their vacation here in Hawaii. Our neighborhood has strict quiet hours & appreciates that no big parties are held in this peaceful home etc. This cottage is a place to enjoy the sounds of nature and have a secluded space while away from home. Enjoy talk story nights under the stars and take in all that Hawaii's nature has to offer.

Important Information regarding our home: (This home is a 30-day minimum) The owners do live upstairs; however there is a separate entrance and good privacy.
Please note there is no stove top or oven in the home. There is a washer and a drying rack. ONLY 1 car is allowed in the driveway no cul de sac or street parking is available. A washer has been installed, there is no dryer available at this moment

We share this information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We would like to rest assured that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule & do the maximum recommended to not harm people in the house/Condo which is once a month), but it's one of the few cons of tropical weather. Please know we go above and beyond for all of our guests and make sure to provide standard maintenance for extra comfort and an enjoyable time when staying with us here in Hawaii.
