When booked separately, this deck is gated for privacy—but when rented together, it opens up to create one expansive shared space. Each home also has its own private lower deck and beach access, plus new hot/cold outdoor surf-style showers.

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs per side. Surf City is a dog-friendly town with pet-welcoming beaches and patios. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies.) Pet fee is automatically included when you add pets to the reservation.

Don’t overpack—we’ve got you covered! All bath and beach towels, linens, kitchen supplies, and even beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, toys, etc.) are included. Your beds will be made before you arrive and we provide helpful extras like paper products, soaps, detergents, and more.
