Public beach access is just a 3 minute walk. The emerald winding creeks of the sound create gorgeous views from every floor on the back of the house, with a screened in porch equipped for outdoor dining and drinks as you watch the sun dip into the water at the end of the day. Newly furnished, ready for you!

The bathrooms are newly updated, LVP flooring has been added throughout, and all new beds with memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is stocked with non-toxic cookware and coffee making options. Fans in every bedroom closet ensure that white noise devices do not have to be on your list of "what to bring." Sheets, bath towels, and beach towels provided. Make yourself at home! Furniture is new (photos above do not reflect current furniture); we have optimized the use of each room: 2 bunkrooms, each with bunkbed + trundle; 2 master bedrooms each with 1 queen bed; third master bedroom with 1 king bed. All of the master bedrooms have en suite, private bathrooms.

Family friendly neighborhood and coldesac are perfect for kids playing and riding bikes. Convenient outdoor shower, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and beach toys add to the ease and fun of your trip! A charcoal grill makes for easy dinner clean up at the end of the day, while the kids play in the grassy backyard with the Intracoastal Waterway as your playground.

Located in Surf City, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Back in Touch Massage, Yoga, & Lomilomi and Escape Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Ohana Paddle Sports and Thomas Tackle and Seafood.
