Parking: The home can accommodate two vehicles in the carport. If additional parking is needed, you are able to obtain a pass via the city to park at the local beach access points or any city parking - there is a beach access point just around the corner from us. Passes can be purchased in the lot using the QR code. The city has indicated that with a pass, these can be used overnight. The fire marshal is very strict about no one parking on the gravel as this is a code violation and your car will get towed.

House Rules: This home does not allow pets, smoking, events or parties. Must be 25 years old to book the home. Rental agreement is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking the home.
